2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at refunds@gyanikids.com with your order details. Include your full name, email address, and reason for the refund request. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
3. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
- Your account must not have violated our terms of service
- You must provide proof of purchase
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
5. Non-Refundable Items
